I was absolutely thrilled when Lynette contacted me about capturing her wedding day. I have known her family since high school and I knew immediately that February 11th was going to be a special day that I without a doubt wanted to be apart of
Lynette and Gene met through The Moonlighters, a big band here in Nashville. Gene directs and plays trumpet while Lynette’s lovely voice serenades the crowd. Their wedding day was a winter wonderland, full of sentimental touches. These two are so in love and it is so beautiful to witness. From the moment we sat down to chat about her wedding day Lynette was full of so much joy and couldn’t wait to marry her best friend. After Lynette & Gene’s first look we were taking photos and Lynette & Gene couldn’t stop smiling and looking at each other. I mentioned how in love they were and Lynette just smiled and said, “we’ve waited our whole lives for each other”. And that statement summed up their wedding day perfectly. It was a fantastic celebration for two people who finally found true love. Lynette and Gene, I can’t thank you enough for choosing me to capture your big day, I hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed capturing them
I pray the Lord blesses your marriage and that you can cherish everyday together as much as you cherished this one. Enjoy!
