Nikki & Drew Said I Do! | A Lakeside Wedding Celebration

I have known Nikki since the good old Junior High days at Two Rivers Middle School, so when she contacted me about her wedding day I was thrilled to hear about her life and the man she would be marrying! I enjoyed all the meet ups I had with them over the months of planning and I knew when June 9th arrived that these two were ready to finally be one. Their wedding day was full of family and friends that showered them with love. Even their next door neighbors opened their home as a getting ready location for their wedding party! It’s so amazing to witness all the people that pull together and rally around you during weddingsNikki & Drew were married at the Cedar Creek Yacht Club in Mount Juliet, TN. The Yacht Club was a perfect location for their sunset ceremony by the lake. Drew absolutely loves fishing and even brought a fishing pole along on the wedding day! And Nikki was just stunning, so carefree and absolutely in her element next to DrewNikki had tons of fun ideas and personal touches added to their big day. The giant yellow balloons made for super fun photos with the bridal party! And the personal touches like the heart Nikki cut out from one of her Grandpa’s shirts were so sweet. She had her Grandma pin it on her wedding gown to have a little piece of him with her on her wedding day. I love sweet touches like thatNikki & Drew thank you so much for allowing me to document such a big moment in your lives. I’m so thankful for the friendship that has formed between us and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you twoI hope you enjoy these images as much as I enjoyed capturing them!!

Wow! Nikki these are all so beautiful. Your friend is an amazing photographer. I mean each picture looks like a million bucks. How would you ever choose 1 photo for your free print..LOL. Your wedding was so beautiful and it looks like you thought of every detail that would make this a fairytale wedding. I do have to say that the picture with you and your new hubby on the pier/dock was breath taking and those pics of you an your mom made me cry. The emotion on your face says it all.
